4. Limit Your Sun Exposure

The sun can harm our skin, but did you know that a few minutes of exposure each day can add to severe skin damage over time? That’s why limiting your sun exposure is essential, especially during the peak hours of 10 am to 4 pm.

There are plenty of benefits to limiting your sun exposure. For one, 

  • It can help prevent wrinkles and age spots.

  • It can keep your skin looking young and healthy.
